It was a hot day in Walvis. There was a knock at the door. When I opened it, the heat rushed in first, then some dust. In the sun stood a woman with two daughters, one on each side, and two small children beside. Three generations neatly arranged. I saw the dust on their legs . It has been a while. Hope all is well. The Arts industry is picking up again. We fell victim not to the global financial crises but to selectivity when it comes to funding projects. Hope Namibians in key positions will grow up and look at the development of the arts industry and not at friends and favors. There is so much to be offered in the arts.
