As for the seal culling - most Namibians see it as sustainable harvesting (me too), although many are not happy with the method, but cannot offer an alternative. This industrial park is a much bigger and more threatening issue.
I would appreciate any info on phosphate mining you have.

If you have any knowledge of the field, we would be very happy to hear from you about possible proposals and approaches to solving the energy crisis.
